Privacy Policy

This policy explains how The Bricks Studio ("we") handles personal information in the mobile apps we publish (the "Apps").

1. Information we process

• The Apps have no sign-up or login, and we do not directly collect your name or contact details. Game data stays on your device.
• Google AdMob, which is built into the Apps, collects your advertising ID, approximate location derived from your IP address, app and ad interactions, and diagnostic data to show ads, measure their performance and prevent fraud.
• In-app purchases are processed by Google Play or the App Store. We do not receive your payment details.
• If you email us, we receive your email address and message in order to reply.

2. Service providers and international transfers

We do not sell or share personal information with third parties. Google LLC (USA) provides ads, and Cloudflare, Inc. and Google LLC (USA) forward and store support email. Data is sent to their servers in the United States and other countries when an App requests an ad or when you email us, and is retained under their policies (Google, Cloudflare). You can stop the use of your advertising ID as described in section 4, and the Apps keep working.

3. Retention and deletion

We do not run servers that store user data. Data on your device is deleted when you uninstall an App. Support emails are deleted once your inquiry is resolved, and only our staff can access the mailbox.

4. Your choices and rights

• Reset or delete your advertising ID in Android settings, or turn off tracking in iOS Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking. Users in the EEA, UK and Switzerland can choose on the consent screen shown when an App first opens.
• To access, correct or delete the support emails we hold, or to ask us to stop processing them, write to the address below.

5. Children

The Apps are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 14.
